An organizational psychologist who specializes in the areas of large-scale organizational change, culture assessment and alignment, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. She has over 20 years of experience, both as an external consultant and as an entrepreneur. Prior to starting TRUDelta Consulting, LLC, Ann spent seven years with Ernst & Young, LLC in their People and Organizational Change practice. Ann has been invited as a speaker to businesses, academic institutions and professional associations on the topics of organizational transformation, knowledge management and culture change, and executive development. Ann brings depth and breadth of knowledge and experience working with executives across various industries, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She currently serves as an advisory board member for QualityMD and Vector Business Navigation.
